Dedicated Solutions Work (DSW) provides legal, advisory, coaching and mediation services to charitable organizations, leaders, executives, foundations, philanthropies, and social impact movements in the nonprofit sector.
Managing Attorney, Daphnée Saget Woodley is a lawyer, social worker, educator, and board director with over two decades of experience working with tax exempt organizations in various capacities. Throughout her career, she has made serving and representing nonprofit organizations a priority. She believes in causes that promote social and economic equity and has extensive experience as an advisor.
Daphnée started her career as a securities litigation attorney at an international law firm based in New York advising clients in media and other commercial industries as outside counsel. In this role, she lead the firm's pro bono practice of junior lawyers visiting prisons throughout New York to help incarcerated mothers with custody issues, undocumented youth and families with immigration petitions, while also serving as a director on multiple nonprofit boards. After practicing law as outside counsel in the private sector for nearly a decade, Daphnée began advising in the nonprofit sector as in-house General Counsel, Vice President and Assistant Secretary for a nonprofit performing arts jazz organization and venue at Lincoln Center. When Daphnee moved on to work with the Build Up Companies' Campbell Law Firm, her practice expanded to offer fractional General Counsel services to a portfolio of uniquely positioned philanthropies, fiscal sponsors, Board Directors and nonprofit charitable organizations While at Build Up Companies, Daphnee acted as Senior Counsel, Vice President of Innovation and Lead Communications providing Board trainings, advisory services, coaching and legal support on a range of issues related to institutional planning, governance, employment, intellectual property and litigation.
Daphneé earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, her master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice, and her bachelor’s degree from Brown University. She is a Certified Mediator, and member of the New York State Bar, admitted to practice law in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Daphnée is an idealist who believes in freedom for all. She enjoys loving up on her family, outdoor fitness and plays the keyboards in a local garage band in Westchester, New York.

DSW structures dedicated opportunities to facilitate constructive conversations and agreements that prioritize the restoration of or wellbeing of parties actively engaged in conflicts or disagreements that involve institutional harm, abuse or betrayal.
